K. Mureen: My family has always loved these tiny egg noodles as a side dish, seasoned according to what it will be paired with, but they are very hard to find in regular grocery stores! I used to drive to this one store about eight miles from New Orleans to get them...only one that carried them, not sure if the brand was the same or not, but it's an hour and a half drive now, with no guarantee they will be in stock! Not happening! I was so happy to find these on Amazon, and now have them delivered every month! This is one thing I haven't managed to duplicate at home from scratch, so as long as the food supply chain builds out, I will have them in my pantry!

are done drain them pour half back in pot then half of the meat pour some olive oil in then stir it up pour rest of noodles in and meat more olive oil stir good and you have a simple but DELICIOUS MEAL! You can sprinkle some cheese on if you like or a little red sauce or both!
