I have no qualms. It arrived as it should and it didn't give me a headache when I would open it like another brand does, so I'm just going to stick with when I need to reorder. I also use the organic tee tree oil, which was my first introduction to this brand so I knew the quality to expect.

I used this oil for few weeks and noticed that my hair loss has reduced. Very nice quality and smells so good. It is very strong, so need to be diluted in some other carrier oils like coconut and jojoba oil.
Overall very good product and packaging too.
It got delivered right next day which was very amazing experience.
