Amazon Customer: I recently diagnosed myself with Brachioradial Pruritis, which is a condition that causes severe itching on one’s arms with no evident marks or indications of a rash or other issue on the skin. I bought this to help with the itching and it has worked well for me. I used it twice and it calmed the itching down really fast. In fact I haven’t experienced any itching since Using it the last time. Likely unrelated I know but wanted to mention it.

Christine: J.R. Watkins: Menthol Camphor Relief Mist is my go to spray. I always have it in my medicine cabinet. I use many of their products, they are simple, classic and straightforward. I trust that if it is made by J. R. W it is high quality and a good value for my money. Since I am singing their praises I want to ensure that you know: *I am in not affiliated with this company and have no incentive to review this product.* I have used this for a decade maybe two.
How did I come to my high praise?
I have wasted money trying different types of menthol eucalyptus room and pillow sprays with various combinations of essential oils. I no longer try others, because I have no complaints and am fully satisfied.
J. R. Watkins and this product has been around for a long time. When they design a classic it is available for years. I appreciate that this product is consistent, simple and hasn't been subject to random tweaks or short lived marketing fads.

Jeffrey Thomas: In my house, winter time brings on lots of sniffles and stuffy noses. Both of my kids have these small plug in devices that you insert a small essential oil infused pad into, and it diffuses the eucalyptus, camphor, or menthol oil into the air, opening up stuffed noses, and helping them to breathe while they sleep. The oil also helps to calm coughs.
This is a spritzer bottle that contains the menthol and camphor in an easy to use spray. When my kids get ready for bed, I simply spray a few squirts of this into the center of the room, and it lasts for hours. Be careful, this stuff is potent. If I spray too much, it can irritate your eyes. If you're going to sleep, however, that's not an issue, as your eyes are closed.
I keep a bottle of this year round, as I tend to use it myself when needed, rather than using nose sprays, which can be bad to use for more than a couple of days.
