Tess: This coconut is great! I always love this brand but this was my first time trying the coconut. It’s delicious I’m baked goods, added to a smoothie as a healthy fat/fiber source, and a delicious addition to homemade energy bites. It is super fine and not too thick. The flavor is fresh and not too bitter. This bag will last a long time too! Great nutrient dense addition to you pantry!

chooch: The coconut is fresh and flavorful, if you think otherwise, then you are probably unrealistically expecting “Almond Joy” type, artificially enhanced and sweetened “coconut product”. One star off for near-false advertising regarding flake size. I’m trying to figure out how to attach a photo, but this product looks like grated Parmesan cheese. You could not realistically reach into this bag and snack on these flakes without covering your chest and lap with coconut powder and small bits. It works ok when added to trail mix, but you need to shake the trail mix up frequently bc the small flakes settle to the bottom. I still love it though. I'll try the "chips" instead in hopes it'll mix into trail mix better.
