Country Girl: Great price, great product. You can do so many things with chia seeds. I am just learning all the possibilities. I take it for IBS. This brand comes in a plastic jar with a tightly sealed lid. Organic, Non GMO and Gluten Free. It has a nutty taste to it. I put it in my yogurt in the morning and usually put two scoops in a tall glass of water each day. I've felt so much better since starting these.

Ken: I do not know how to tell good Chia seeds from bad Chia seeds; but I can say this was a good quantity at a decent price.
Update 5Feb19: I have to say, the more I read about Chia Seeds, the more I like them. They are packed w/a ton of nutrients and can be added to many other dishes and foods to boost their nutrional value w/o impacting the desired taste. When I make steel cut oatmeal, fruit smoothies or quinoa, as just a few examples, I toss a couple of scoops in. Chia seeds cook or blend in very well. When only using a couple of table spoons at a time, this 2lb jar lasts a long time. Definitely buy these if you want to add that little extra nutritional punch to the dishes you're already making.

JanC: Love the Organic Black Chia Seeds! This is such a great value and I love the convenient packaging. I use the chia seeds to make chia pudding and also in healthy Nutri Bullet shake meals. These chia seeds are fresh and so good. I will be back for more and have chia seeds every day. I keep the container in my frig and love the container too. If you are looking for chia seeds don't pass these up.
