Silly Willey: I love these Chia seeds, and use them to replace two meals. I had lost 35 pounds using them this way and since being serious on them, I have lost 4 more pounds. I was at a stand still with out them fo 6 weeks. Took them and immediately dropped 4 pounds. Now I am on a roll once again. I use them as puddings and smoothies both. They are also very helpful with the bathroom problems..ahem! That is also n ow solved. I will use these seeds indefinately. I have my daughter on them and she lost 3 pounds right away, after she has been already trying to loose.

Jujaws: I am a big fan of chia seeds and use them every morning as a mixture into my favorite drink powders. I usually soak them for at least an hour to get them to my preferred consistency. They really help to regulate my digestive system and absorb whatever flavor you put them into! I prefer to buy them in bulk to help reduce cost, and this was a reasonable price for the amount. The one thing I absolutely hate about them is the sandy/rocky calcium buildup you sometimes get! It's almost enough to make me gag when I get a grainy bit in my drinks, but at least it's not a frequent occurrence.

Macey: This came promptly, even though I selected 5 days "No Rush Shipping" (because I have Prime) and came I believe in only 2 days. The seeds are delicious and I use them every night when I make my overnight oats for breakfast the next day, so I'm very happy to have them and introduce them into my diet. The only problem I had with this order is that it was not a full 5lb as promised. I weighed it myself on my scale, it came up as 4.6lbs instead of 5. I'm happy with the product and I would like to buy from this company again but only if it was the full 5 pounds as promised. Chia seeds are not cheap, so I'm paying my good money, I'd like what I was promised.
