Amber P: As someone who has been victim to purchasing older chia seeds, this stuff is a godsend. It gels super well, and is easy to use to supplement fiber and omega 3 in my diet. I recommend blooming the chia seeds in a thinner liquid, as I don't have a lot of luck in getting them to gel in yogurts or protein shakes - I bloom them in some coffee and then use it in the aforementioned liquids. I'm thoroughly impressed with the versatility and nutritional benefits of this brand of chia seeds, and they have earned a permanent spot in my pantry.
