Steve Rickaby: I needed blue colouring to make a bi-colour Ukraine 'tribute' loaf and this seemed like the most natural blue colour. Pricey though. I have no idea of its nutritive qualities or otherwise.

Adam Zidz: I purchased this powder to add colour to milkshakes and chocolate sauce for my business during the coronation. A small amount of it was plenty to brightly colour light liquids and more would be needed for darker ones. The final colour was very vivid and I was impressed by it. I was also impressed that it added absolutely no unwanted flavour!

Iv been searching for a food based dye free blue colorant for years, as my son is allergic to traditional dyes. This blue color not only tasted great, but it worked WELL. A little made the frosting pale blue, but more brings it to a vibrant blue and still have tons leftover. This will let us a while! It’s a bit pricy, but honestly it’s worth it. If it gave it any flavor at all, it was pleasant and accompanied the frosting well. But I didn’t notice much.
Also colors chocolate well, because it’s not a water or gel based dye, so it won’t corrupt the chocolate.

So good, I’ll buy again!
(As others mentioned, I do wish the packaging was better- opening it you cannot help but get powder everywhere.

Heather: My goal.in buying this was to make my hot sauce have a blue tint to it. It didn't work, it left blue little specks in it. It did change the taste whixh is great. We will try it for other stuff next time.

AshleyAshley: Very nice. Yes, pricy but it will go a long way. I read the reviews, some said it was a tiny amount. I poured it into the jar and its almost full. Would be better without it coming in the packet as it was messy to pour it into the container. Id buy again.

C. Robinson: No flavor, perfect color...not sure what "sheerness," has to do with anything. The inner plastic sleeve makes it very difficult to get all of the powder out into the jar...other than that, this is the perfect color for our needs. Good price, great seller
