CrazyAboutBooks: So worth it for kale eaters. Also good in smoothies, good with lentils, etc. -- just plain ole good! The kale is fresh and packed without damage to the leaves. A great grocery item.

Healthy & Happy: I like this baby kale. It's not too bitter and I don't to chop it up because the leaves are so small already. I prefer baby spinach but when it's not available at Whole Foods I'll get the baby kale. I know I can put it in my smoothies and it'll come out very smooth consistency. The taste is great in a salad.

NYmomoone: We use this in our meals as a quick way to add nutritious greens into our diet every day. So fresh and excellent quality baby kale. Perfect for stir fry, adding cooked to pasta sauce, and alone with shallots in a quick side dish with dash of salt and pepper and olive oil drizzle.
