Iam using this for paleo or LCHF(low carb high fat) diet .
Any one can use this without any doubt.
The best time to take this apple cider vinegar (acv) is after dinner, take 5 to 10 ml of acv mixed with 200ml (glass) of water and take before bedtime.

Taking acv on empty stomach or before breakfast fast may sometimes irritate our stomach and may cause sometimes gastric problem .
So to avoid all this it's best to take after dinner.
We can give 5 ml mixed with glass of water to children above 10 years also.
This makes them more active in the early morning and helps them getting up faster from sleep in the mornings.

This does not have any side effects.
Used other acv but they don't match with the Bragg's acv. This is globally accepted acv.

VioletJune: Around Christmas I started getting super nauseous after drinking my morning coffee. I would literally be gagging on my way to work but I couldn't imagine giving up my coffee or I didn't think I could function. There was stress going on in my life and I'm sure my white wine vice didn't help, but my sister told me I was too acidic. I always keep apple cider vinegar on hand if I have a stomach ache but I started drinking 2 tablespoons in juice every morning before my coffee. BOOM. Nausea was gone. I have continued to do this, now adding twice a day because it really makes me feel good, digestive wise and a weird side effect is I have lost belly fat. I went from a size 10 to a size 8 literally changing nothing else in my diet. Before I was always bloated but my bloat is gone and I can comfortably wear jeans I haven't worn in a while. I think the bloat was from me being too acidic and my PH levels unbalanced. ALSO PMS has been drastically cut down. It's amazing. I would say that Braggs is the best. It tastes better (still taste like nasty vinegar but you do get used to it) and it is the raw, organic kind. This is a better price then buying the small bottles in the store.

So much cheaper in a jug, if you shop around. Some people mentioned the sediment not being there and they were concerned if it was the same quality and if it had the "mother" in their particular bottle. My bottle showed up with just a little bit of dark sediment in one corner as if it had been stored on an angled rack for quite awhile. It's still cloudy overall, so I'm not worried about it.

This is what I use this vinegar for: I have evolved a cleansing drink I was making with ginger, turmeric, and lemon - recently adding parsley, cilantro, cucumber and Bragg ACV. Last night I upped the game some more as there was a banana that needed to be used, and just like the rest of the ingredients, I diced it up into small pieces, skin and all and let it all simmer for 3 hours, adding one cup (8 TBSP) ACV after it cooled and adding enough water to make 2 quarts (8 cups). I found a good value for a combo of 1lb each of ginger and turmeric here  Fresh Organic Ginger & Organic Turmeric Roots combo 1lb Each  (which lasts quite awhile and I can use it for other recipes and simple teas) and the quality so far...

SURIMOON: I bought this apple cider vinegar to use as a dietary aid to assist me in losing weight and controlling my cravings. I have been using it for a week and a half and have been blown away by the results. I have dropped inches in my waistline and my stomach is flattening. I can now look down and see my toes, feet and ankles without leaning forward.
