rusty: The best almond flour I’ve found, no after taste and works up better than most.
Made cheesecake last week was great. Family was very surprised! Told me it was a keeper for sure.

Amazon Customer: The flour is very finely ground and easy to use. It's just so outrageously expensive. I used about half a bag making some keto almond pumpkin bread that ended up being a total flop due to my not baking it long enough (it was raw in the middle). Of course it was not the fault of the flour, but it was a very expensive flop. I remade the bread a second time. Thank goodness it worked. I knocked off one star only because of the price.
