DrB: being newly diagnosed w type 2 diabetes and not wanting to take pills .... I changed my diet.. cutting carbs is easy is you know what a carb is... so flour bread, chips, candy, little debbies delicious snack cakes, pretty much anything in a crinkly wrapper... I am trying to cut WAY back on.... So this works well on smothered steak as breading, and even makes a decent enough gravy... YUM..... however, it won't fix a califlower rice FAKE potatoes..... eww.... but that's another review~~ Here's to your Health !!~~ CHEERS
