Leigh: This is perfect for solo diners like myself. I never need the whole jar and sometimes I don’t want to deal with scratch. This is perfect and you can add whatever you like to it. I am gluten intolerant so it is nice to know what all is in it and be able to make smaller portions.

Monty's Mum: Very good sauce for prawns but the directions need to be adjusted or the sauce comes out very thin. Second time of using it used a lot less milk and the result was excellent.
