NM Reader: This is a delicious pasta sauce. I use it all the time. I do simmer it with bay leaf and a little extra garlic, no extra seasoning. It has a good tomato flavor with just a hint of sweetness. I have trouble finding it where I live so am glad to see Amazon carries it.
