Maybe slightly small if you want to over organize but I like it. It also holds instant ice packs quite well. I carry this in my car.

Ian: Love this pack. I use it for work to hold tools and supplies as well as med kits in all of the service trucks. Great price, great product and definitely will buy more.

Mehoy Minoy: Bought it specifically because my plate carrier has built in hook & loop panels, so I can take the back panel off & attach it directly to said panels. I like the option of having molle & D ring attachments as well. Currently it’s serving as more of a basic first aid+toiletries pouch as I have yet to get an IFAK insert.

Jason CurleyJason Curley: I used this product to put together my own first aid kit to keep in my motorcycle. At first I was worried that it was too small (despite the accurate listing of its size), but it truly does hold the items I need.
I bought this empty bag and pieced together the items I wanted b/c many of the prepackaged first aid kits had items that I did not want, or was not trained to use (throat tube, chest seals, etc). Overall, it seems like a quality bag and fits my needs perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to order another one from this manufacturer.
Lastly, the Velcro name was purchased separately from another seller on Amazon. In other words, the name plate did not come with the bag (understandably).

GeoEng51: We use this kit bag for storing first aid and emergency supplies in our car. It’s great for long trips and to always have these items handy.

Amazon Customer: When attached to a vest I suggest use 2. 1 on each side. One is filled with splinting material. The second filled with bleeding control. Quick removal allows for better quality care for the patient.

Amazon Customer: I really love this med-kit for my MOLLE backpack. The selling feature for me was the 'tear away' design without having to take the MOLLE straps off. With it strapped to the side of my pack, I can even tear it off quickly in an emergency by reaching behind me without having to remove my pack! The retaining belt and clip holds it firmly into place preventing it from snagging and tearing off accidentally, which is great. It holds plenty of medical gear. Pretty much everything you'd need and room for a little more. Just an awesome med-kit bag at a very reasonable price.
The one thing I was disappointed in was upon opening the package the top MOLLE strap on the front wasn't properly sewn on and was hanging off. Probably just a dud that made it out of the factory. It isn't a big deal for me, but the quality control is lacking as it was the first thing I noticed when I looked at it, so how it got past QC is a mystery to me. But again, I'm not using that strap and the hassle of having to return it for such a minor issue wasn't worth it for me. I'm happy to live with the defect as it doesn't affect functionality.
Other than the questionable QC, this bag is my favorite out of...

Shane Lybbert: Well laid out pouch. Tension wasn't set right for part of the stitching, but I am impressed over all. using this for my work first aid kit, and had to us it this week. Kept gear organised as I worked on someone, instead of everything coming out to get what I need from the bottom of my pack/pouch.

Amazon Customer: Excellent quality. Bigger than I first thought- in a good way. Fits all the necessary stuff for my range first aid kit while still being compact enough that it's not burdensome to include in my range bag. No problem with: sof-t tourniquet, quickclot gauze pad, Celox powder, Israeli Bandage, chest seal, airway tube/lube, medical shears, small bandages, burn gel, roll of gauze, surgical tape, and, 2 pairs of nitrate gloves.
Customer service was very accommodating and helpful. Great seller. Happy to recommend.

HannahHannah: Have this as my wilderness first aid kit. Secure it to the backseat of the car in transit and strap on pack for hikes.
Only gone on one trip but got lots of hike time and back country camping through arches, canyonlands, uncompaghre, etc.
Thankfully only had to open it once for meds. Its the kind of tool you hope to never use, but it held up to quite the beating. Thanks.
