Which really bummed me out.
Got in touch with the company looking for a replacement blade
They don't sell them, so they sent me another set of clippers since mine is still under warranty (2 year warranty!!). Said that It would be here in 3 to 5 days. Came the NEXT day! Customer service is fantastic. And I love the clippers. And even though it's November and no snow....my boy is getting a trim....he collects mud balls and when there is snow on the ground collects snow balls like he's preparing for a fight lol.

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: These clippers are the BEST purchase we have ever made! We were spending so much money getting our Bischon groomed. He is very difficult in the car and even more difficult at the groomers. I decided to invest on a set of clippers and give it a shot. Heck, this purchase was less than the cost of one groom! (I also purchased a grooming table, which was another important factor.)
I had older clippers that just did not cut through or evenly on our Leo’s hair and were very loud.
These clippers at 100% charge cut his hair quickly, evenly, and pushed right through like butter. This was the best he has ever ever been!! Also, the clippers are very quiet, which is very calming for our pups. At the end of his groom, I had 55% charge left, which is amazing.
The additional scissors and comb were used to detail his head, ears, face, and feet.
I highly recommend would give six stars if I could!

CaiSiCaiSi: Cuts like butter but I ordered this product thinking the blade would be replaceable so when it eventually went dull I could buy a replacement. Well I didn't read close enough because this model does NOT have a replaceable blade. When the blade went dull, I reached out to the company and they offered to replace the clippers but I asked if they could replace it with a model that has replaceable blades (let's be honest, even the BEST blades dull). They did! They sent me a blue model that has a replaceable blade and it works great! It's awesome! I definitely plan on sticking with the company. Their products are great and so is their customer service. Just don't buy this one. Every blade dulls just ask your groomer.

Jennifer Rodriguez: I had these clippers for over a year and then it just wasn't cutting. My dog has very thick hair and it is a chore to cut, so I thought maybe I just needed to replace the blades, or oil it more. I reached out to the company and they replied right away. I send pictures and a video. They were wonderful to work with and explained they didn't have replacement blades, which bummed me out as I really like these clippers. They did explain that it has a lifetime guarantee. I was so shocked when they took my information and would send a new one out to me. Most of the time I have to fight for a company to honor their guarantee. They said they would get it out quickly. Quickly was an understatement. I think it was at my house 2 day maybe 3 days later. I was so shocked. Such a happy surprise. And it was the whole kit. The battery is amazing on this. It isn't as noisy as my husbands clippers, but not exactly quiet, but not an issue. We have been very happy with these clippers. Thank you for great customer service.

Davina: OMG!!! I was hesitant at first but over 3000 reviews can’t be wrong, right?

I received and used them immediately. These leave a clean shave. Even with my schnauzer’s matted legs they glided through like butter.

I have 3 Schnauzers and these are great to clip them. They arrived fully charged and only went to 97% after clipping my standard schnauzer. Am sure I can clip the two mini schnauzers off the same charge and still have battery left.

Best of all, these are quiet. Didn’t seem like it in the videos in the reviews but they really are.

Only con is the are heavier than my Andi clippers. But they are a lot better than the Versa EasyClip as far as quality, price and grooming.

HIGHLY recommend.
