Rosemary Jasik: I loved the dog clippers I purchased but had them less than 2 years and they just quit on me. I always remove the battery when not in use, clean the excess hair out with small brush and use the oil that came with it. My small dog has serious eye problems so these clippers work well to keep eye area short and clean.
I tried new batteries, but still nothing. I almost tossed them but then noticed that a label on the box I keep them in says "Lifetime Warranty". I am currently waiting for them to get back to me. I need them to fix or replace them. Otherwise, very good product.

1ShopperFl: The noise level is okay, easy to handle, not very sturdy, feels like it would break easily…
It did not last very long and when working it didn’t do very much. Seems less effective after only a couple of uses. Trimming paws was not an easy task with this. I think I’ve missed the return window. I wouldn’t recommend buying this one unless you plan on buying a better one soon.

Deb H.: This product did not work at all - in order to send back for refund - it would have had to go from Canada to the US for shipping - this totally did not make sense - therefore, product not returned and of absolute no use to me, as it does not work at all.

RBRB: So far I have no complaints about this product!
I was able to shave between my cat’s paw pads to give her better grip and she barely reacted because they are so quiet.
I even tested them rather roughly on myself and there were no nicks ! (I wanted to be sure they would be safe in such a tight space)

JON BOND: What a mealy, weak little gadget. It promises so much, but, unfortunately, delivers little or nothing at all by way of satisfaction.
Once again, the blade was so dull that I could literally run it across my back as an average back scratcher, rather than a legit clipper and trimmer. When I used it on my Westie's feet, in order to trim his foot hair, NOT A SINGLE HAIR WAS CLIPPED! I thought that perhaps it was my fault or that I was not using it properly, but after running it over and over and over my Westie's feet, once again, out of thousands of hair follicles, not a single hair was cut or trimmed!
Why charge so much for something worth so little??
Perhaps Amazon thinks that it's fun for us, as John Q. Public, to play LETS-PLAY-RETURN-POLICY time and again, but I assure you that it is not funny on OUR end....especially as it's WE who have to go through all the loops-and-hoops just to get our money back -- often times losing the postage we paid for it as well! I am fearful of making another purchase with them ever again at this point! Fearful and angry! So there's that.

E: Comes with 2 cheap AA batteries. Installed one when it arrived and it died within seconds of turning it on. Other than that it’s a nice little clipper for getting in around delicate spots like eyes and nose.

Ellen King: It’s quite slow. Takes patience but the surprise was it actually worked. I have a very tiny poodle and it did a pretty good job on her paws.

Carrie Ancel: I initially ordered this product at the beginning of quarantine because I have a long haired dog who needs regular grooming. I was able to use this on all the immediate need places very easily and quickly. I quite liked the trimmer, so I was really upset when I accidentally dropped it and broke it. I emailed the business and asked if I could buy a replacement head, since it works so well. Instead they sent me a new one!! That's both standing behind your product and taking care of your customers. I definitely plan to remain a customer and am looking to them for other products they might make that I need. Especially with all the stress in the world it's so wonderful to see a company standing behind their product and trying to make life easier for their customers.
