Unhappykid: I received the item as indicated. It operates quietly with minimal in hand vibration. Neatly packaged in easy to store carry case. Scissors that came with the kit are not extremely sharp and seem to pull more than cut.

Jane: Right out of the box I charged them and then I clipped my dog and did a good job. Then I tried them on my 3 horses and they did fantastic . Well worth the money and so easy to use being light weight and cordless .

Jessica BeyerJessica Beyer: My boy itched over half his mane off so I decided to just cut it all off. I didn’t have clippers so I hacked away with scissors and he was left with quite the unique haircut afterwards. I really wanted to fix it so he didn’t look like a goof but I’m on a tight budget and horse clippers are ridiculously expensive. So on the search I went, and stumbled upon these! They were AWESOME for hogging the rest of his mane off. With the guards they did jam up a little, so I took them off and just had the blade set to 2mm and they worked beautifully! He has a thick mane so in a few spots they did jam a tiny bit, but I think that was my fault for trying to do too much at once. When I went in smaller sections they just glided through.
So my fellow horsey friends on a budget, these would be perfect for small clean ups. I don’t think they would handle full body clipping well, but for a bridle path, fetlocks, whiskers, and ears they are perfect. Very quiet and didn’t get hot while I was using them.

SZEBRASZEBRA: Love the cordless style. Can't imagine fighting a cord and keeping my dog still at same time.
I used the #12 guard and 2mm speed on most of the body. #3 on the feet and #6 in the sanitary area. Overall, I'm impressed with the clippers, but got frustrated cuz the clippers would clog and stop cutting just when i was making progress. Then I had to stop and remove and clean the gaurd and blade. Perhaps I was trying to cut too much. Again, 1st time groomer, but definitely going to keep trying.

Westcoaster: Excellent for home dog grooming use and saving hundreds of $ so far and look forward to saving and using this. Considering each full grooming session is $100 with tips etc this is well worth the investment. I do my pup’s sanitary area, clean up feet and foot pads, shape and groom ears.
Be gentle and careful and let the dog get used to the vibrating and sounds first. My suggestion is to start very slowly especially for puppies. For ie, do one foot one day. A day later do the second foot and so on. Do the foot pads a week or two later. Do not rush all at once. Use treats. You’ll also enjoy it a lot more and it becomes a bonding exercise. I never intend to go back to a groomer again although I have a LOT of respect for groomers. It is a lot of work!

Nancy: Mon chat agé de 9 ans a le poil très long et doit être sous sédention pour pourvoir effectuer la tonte car il est extrêmement nerveux avec problème urinaire et pancréatite. Je n'ai jamais pu aller voir une toiletteuse afin d'éviter un stress supplémentaire. Comme la priorité des vétérinaires est le soin, ce qui est tout à faire normal, j'ai décidé de tenter ma chance avec cet achat. Ce n'est pas toujours évident car il se forme de gros mottons sur son dos qui ne peuvent pas être retirés en le peignant. Avec cet appareil, j ai réussi à lui retirer un motton de la taille d'un cup Tassimo sur son dos avec succès. ATTENTION je n'ai pas fait la tonte au complet car je ne voulais pas l'angoisser. J'ai approché mon petit poilu lentement en me promenant avec l'appareil en fonction pour le son qui est très bas. Ensuite je lui ai montré, j'ai tenté et arrêté. Quelques minutes plus tard, j ai pris mon petit poilu et tenté à nouveau. Après la 5ieme fois, j ai réussi à lui retirer ce motton très serré collé à sa peau sur son dos sans blessure. Je suis très contente car je ne voulais pas que ce motton s'étende et qu'il soit obligé d'endurer l'inconfort le...

Cheshire93: Updated 12/17/22: Ok so I don’t know what I did with my original clippers so I bought a second set and I still love them! The design has been updated instead of the white ceramic it’s now black. The noise level is still very quiet and the vibration is lower than expected and it’s a positive for me! I use these for my oldest kitty who turns 10 next year(Ragdoll and Calico mix) because she is both deaf and blind and doesn’t understand grooming and clippers and is extremely sensitive to touch. She can’t groom herself anymore and sometimes has accidents with her back end so it’s easier on her and me if I shave back there. I had to use a pair of out old clippers(for humans) and she didn’t tolerate it well. With these she’s calm, holds perfectly still and doesn’t try to run away and hide or try to claw or bite. It’s harder on her to use a clean damp cloth to wipe her clean so getting these again was a blessing! They’re quick, precise, quiet, low vibration, and I recommend them to anyone who has to shave/trim their fur babies.
