With slim arms, I had a really difficult time managing those larger arm cuffs, and thus, my readings were not accurate, or took several attempts to get a proper reading. With this smaller cuff, it is MUCH easier to get wrapped around my arm, and know the readings are accurate. If you have a smaller circumference you will appreciate this product!

Most of the BP monitors come with large cuffs. If the cuff does not fit, the BP readings get thrown off. This fits perfectly for my mother and her BP machine is now almost in line with the doctors BP measurements

Pensábamos que se había estropeado el tensiómetro OMRON que tenemos pero luego nos dimos cuenta que era el manguito el que estaba mal, así que compramos este siguiendo las indicaciones de tamaño y modelos compatibles. Funciona perfectamente!
Trae varias boquillas distintas para poner al final del tubo y que se puede adaptar al modelo de tensiómetro que uno tenga. Viene también con las instrucciones.

So much easier to put on and more comfortable than the bulky, stiff, too wide and long 22-42cm cuff that came with the Omron M3. But why doesn't Omron include an attachment to fit the pricey M3 model? I ended up pulling the M3 airplug off its cuff to attach to this cuff. Readings still seem to be okay after the switch. Please note the amz desc is wrong... neither of the two provided plugs can fit the M3 model.
