user 1: All parts were stored inside the headboard which was very neat to see- very wel thought out . Simple set up great ratchet tool to put it together. These are much easier to set up than ikea ones. 5 star all the way especially at that price point

Linda Noren: We looked for a long time at bed frames online. So glad we went with Zinus! Very easy to put together--they even give you a handy dandy hex ratchet tool which makes it super easy. A very thoughtful touch. Wish other companies did that. (We just bought several pieces of furniture from West Elm recently--nice solid wood furniture to build--and no tool provided other than basic allen wrench. Inspired by the Zinus tool, I bought a similar wrench but with multiple interchangeable heads to build the WE furniture. Believe me the ratchet feature makes it much faster.) Very nice quality--especially for the price. Sturdy and solid. Oh, we bought one bed and liked it so much, we bought another one for a different bedroom.

Breana BellBreana Bell: Awesome packaging, easy assembly. I assembled this myself and I’m jus a solo girl. I used a 12 inch mattress and it is a perfect depth. I highly recommend! It is very sturdy and it gives a denim blue color.

Eliza G: The frame is sturdy and straightforward to put together-- everything you need for assembly comes in the package. The color is also gorgeous: it's a deep, rich blue. Looks even better in person than it does in photos. Love this bedframe.

Love to Read: I love this bed. It is beautiful and I love the color. It was pretty easy to put together by myself. I admit I made a few mistakes that were my fault, but it didn't slow me down too much. The bed is the perfect height and I slept on it last night and it was like a dream. I have a very comfortable hybrid mattress that was made even more comfortable by this bed. It slept like a dream. Very sturdy and no squeaking sounds or anything. I am very pleased with this bed. The blue color is almost like a deep aqua which is not what I thought it was, but I still love it anyway maybe even more.

HH: The second part of my slats were uneven. I had to cut two of the slats from one end of the Velcro for it to be evenly distributed on the bottom back part of the frame going towards the headboard. Other than that it was perfect. The queens size bed is heavy with an extra H, heavy. The good thing is the bed can be put together in 30 minutes by a single person. No need for two people unless you want to finish faster. A second person is unnecessary.

Florence: The bed is very sturdy as in holds up to a bunch of 9 year olds jumping on it. Very nice looking bed and fabric is easy to keep clean. Great bed for a great price.

Manan: I order this king size bed and love it, it’s very sturdy and love the colour too.

It’s great for 12 inch mattress as if you put 13-18 inch mattress then you will need ladder to climb it lol.

For bed frame it’s 7star, but the reason I gave 4stars is because of amazon poor services. Amazon use to be great services provider.

“Poor services and resources” = After I order the bed frame the price went down by $50 next day and this particular bed frame was sold and ship by amazon exclusively. So I requested the price adjustment to amazon customer service representative, but they did not help me and ask me to reorder and send the previous bed frame back to amazon. And they want me to drop the bed frame at ups or Canada post location (100kg)and won’t give me the pick up service. After 3-4 calls to amazon they were able to provide me free pick up service via external courier company, which was more Worst to deal with.

It took almost 4 weeks to get refund and you won’t be able to track the return as well.

At the end it’s took so much of my time calling and waiting with amazon on phone and still the refund took 4 weeks.

CLARK S GIETZ: Upgrading to a king size bed, but still watching the budget, so this frame suited our needs. It was promptly delivered (a day ahead of time), but proved too heavy for me to bring into the house, so I had to unpack it on the lawn. No problem. I found the instructions easy to understand and follow, and appreciated the included ratchet wrench and spare part pack (which I didn't need). They'll go into the zippered compartment on the back of the headboard for a hypothetical next time. Most impressively given the price, all the parts fit together very well. It took me maybe two hours, but I was working at a relaxed pace. The only tricky part was getting the mattress support boards spaced properly, since we're using a foam mattress on it. That would have been easier with two people, for sure.
