C M: Unlike other reviewers, I found the cord to be adequate, and I had no problem controlling the temp using my foot. I only wish it was just a little big wider, as I do not always sit with my feet that close together. It is also fairly hard, and not a soft surface if you were looking for something like that.

shopathomeguy: I bought the Stone Grain and I really love the appearance. It is a pretty stone grain in the center and has extremely nice looking enforced, thick, red patterned border around the edges. It just looks so terrific. I am really happy with it.

When it arrived, it was folded into three parts and vacuum sealed. I spent five minutes trying to bend the creases out and then I put some cardboard and weights on top overnight. That mostly got rid of the creases, and I think the creases disappeared with use because of the stiff wires inside heating up. There was this one or two inch area where the wire seems to stick out, creating a bulge, compared to the flat surface of the rest of the mat. But I can't notice it all while it's on the floor under my desk and I would probably have to look a little hard to see it up close. Anyway, the mat is flat for me now, flatter than the images you will see from other reviewers.

As for temperature. I'm not using it the same way as other people. I have a wash basin that I use for foot soaks. I put some water and some clove oil in it. Then I put it on the mat to keep it warm. I feel that 145 degrees helps keep the water warm,...

Ozwald Ozwin: Although this product does give good heat in its warm spots, fact that it only has warm spots, rather then the whole pad being heated is mildly disappointing.
Only a small strip of the whole pad is heated near its top side, the rest of the foot rest receives no heat. Has been like this since day 1, so if its deflective I cannot say. all I can ascertain is this issue didn't develop over time.

Larry C: I have now bought another one. Arrived faster that scheduled. The whole family now wants them. Great produt.
This is the second one I have purchased in a couple of weeks. First one had delayed shipping but I got fast notification from the seller before it was due and it showed up a couple of days later. The second one actually got here early, during the Xmas rush.
I have foot problems with arthritis and gout which flare up more with cold feet. I used the first one in my home office and loved it. Got the second one for my work office with cement floors that are always cold. Really happy with both the product and proactive support from the seller.
