John Nickless: This stuff is amazing. It just melts the dirt and grime that collects in the condenser coils. I have the original AC that came with my 2006 travel trailer. I live in it full time. I truly believe that this is what keeps my AC running this long without failure.

Ann Ross: Bought this because is was suggested on Tik Tok for a no rinse air conditioner cleaner. Worked well, easy to use and did it's job.

hookedonAmazon: No more mold smell coming out of the AC. Previous tenants apparently never change filters and the EV coils were caked in black mold. One can allowed for two cleaning reached followed up with very warm water using a plastic spray bottle. After everything dried, install new filter and wiped down all signs of mold using alcohol solution and an old rag. Well worth the price, I just wished the maintenance people knew about this so they could have paid for it and done the work. I’m just grateful that I was able to find this so I could have fixed the issue

I still wanted to clean the coils since I already had the covers off. The spray was easy to use and the can works well at an angle.

I allowed the foam to work for about 15 minutes and just about all of the debris dripped away.

Even though this is a "no rinse" cleaner, I still used a water bottle sprayer filled with distilled water to rinse off the coils.

Be sure to wear gloves, protective eye wear and a mask. This might have a very pleasant scent, but you still shouldn't be breathing it in.

If you have a Bryant furnace, the outer cover is held in place by four 5/16" screws. They might be...

K.Abernathy: Used this cleaner on a portable a/c unit that had severe build-up on the coils. It pulled about 95% of the build-up off with simply applying product to coils. I did have to treat a couple of times due to how thick debris was, but overall satisfied with how it performed. Unit is now putting out almost like new.
