SokolvaSokolva: I use the entire Odie’s Oil system since being recommended it highly by several woodworkers. When I make wands and paint plaques to hang their wands for friends, family, and those who order them, I finish all my wood, plaque included, with Odie’s Oil, and finish my wands with Odie’s wax on top for extra protection, as they need to stand up to being handled, carried, used for costumes, etc. One of my favorite things about this system is how safe and natural it is, and yet how durable. outdooraholic: Smells like oranges. Love that its food grade. Actually needed mustache wax for my Halloween costume and used this - worked perfectly! On my tables that were sanded to 1000grit, the wax didnt quite buff into the slight shine I was hoping for (no shine at all).
