Koztaz: Se siente grueso el material y parece de buena calidad. Los zippers son grandes y gruesos, resistentes. Lo utilizamos en un vieja y no tuvimos problemas. Lo amarre a las anclas del techo de la camioneta y le puse tensores adicionales que se amarran por dentro de las puertas. Viene con su estuche y un montón de cuerdas de nylon adicionales para que lo puedas asegurad bien. No probé su impermeabilidad puesto que no llovió en el viaje.

Jesus: He leído comentarios diversos y en mi opinión es un muy buen producto, lo he probado bajo lluvia intensa y me ha ido perfecto sin una gota de agua en el interior, igualmente muy buena resistencia, bien colocado, casi no se siente que cambie la estabilidad del auto, de todos modos es mejor no ir muy rápido por seguridad, en general todo bastante bien, esperemos que se sigua manteniendo así con el tiempo.

Britt G: We were able to fit our large and small suitcases, a beach wagon( folded up), 3 other small medium bags. On the way home we even put the boogie board in there. So this is very spacious and durable. We hit a bad storm on the way home and everything stayed dry. We never had a problem with it being loose or anything of that matter. Worth the buy!

tbaker: I ordered this winter 2020 I used it one time in April, and twice in May 2021 stored it properly went to use it this year and the fabric had pretty much disintegrated. My stuff got soaked on my trip because tge water proofing had just disintegrated off. I have tried multiple times to contact seller to check on warranty but no return emails. If you only want this for 1 season great but if you are planning on using it long term... buy something else!

I knew we were going to pass through some fog/drizzle/rain in the PNW and we didn’t want our belongings to sit open in the elements in our roof basket. This cargo roof bag was perfect! Measurements were perfect to fit in our Rola roof basket. Since we were going to be staying at various hotels I bought a luggage lock just for “extra security”(even tho if thieves really wanted to they could just rip through material) but luckily nothing like that happened! We hit some drizzle Oregon and rain in Washington but our Bag did great and didn’t let a drop of it in.
One thing we did about an hour or two into our initial drive was to tape the front part of our zipper flap so water wouldn’t go thru the zipper. Also taped the adjustment straps so they wouldn’t flap around. For that we used BrigadeQM 100mph duct tape, which did awesome!
Space wise the bag hold a lot of stuff(pictured). I think I even had room for a small Tv(with original box) we kept after they took our home goods and for while we waited for them in our new house.

I like the fact that it also comes with different mounting...

Adlich Vicencio: I like the space to add 3 suitcases and a few other things such as sleeping bags, pillows ,etc.
We traveled for about 3 hrs during rain and some of the pillows and sleeping bags were wet when we opened the bag. What we did was to set the rear part of the bag to the front to avoid water ingress to our clothing during our drive back as it was raining but our clothing was dry.
Overall it is a good product, we think it is sturdier and it should have the flaps longer to avoid the ingress of rain.

Kelly TamayoKelly Tamayo: So, there are multiple products being sold under this listing depending on the size bag you are buying. This review is for the 20 cubic bag. Pics should give you an idea of what I did and what I transported.
I like this bag but I took the advice of previous buyers and built a frame for the inside. The frame cost me about $30 in PVC parts and I simplified the height as opposed to another users approach. The frame provided rigidity for the straps.
Some people mentioned the bag flew off. I believe them. I would not trust the straps that come on the bag to be my sole source for securing the items. The straps that come with the bag use a slip method that I am not comfortable with for speed and wind. I test ran it with just the bag straps and they came loose after 20 miles below 50mph driving. Instead, I used two Husky 1000lb tie down straps and secured the front and back, in addition to the given straps.
Water Proof? Water did get in the bag but I believe it was from the zipper. I drove over 600 miles through multiple rain storms at an average speed of 80mph. Water got in the bag but perhaps it could've been avoided if I had turned the bag around. ...

Andy: Served its purpose well. Seems durable enough and gave us some crucial extra space for a road trip. Didn't really get to test out the waterproofing but it seems mostly water resistant unless you were in a downpour.

The instructions weren't very helpful but its pretty straightforward to figure out. They included a bunch of extra straps but I didn't use any of them, only used the 6 that were already attached to the carrier.

It's also impressive how small it folds up for storage. Glad I went with this instead of a bulky hard carrier but if you need something fully waterproof or more secure you might want a hard carrier instead.
