Salt Washed Studio: The setup is really good and sturdy. Set comes with everything you need, was more than I thought would be in the box.
No fault of the set but need to watch videos on how to cut glass bottles, there is a lot of trial and error.
Fantastic set though

jo: I struggled for some time to figure out the best way for it to work. The scorer works good.
What worked best was boiling a pot of water. I kept it heated throughout the time. Then I put ice and water in a stainless steel bowl.
I went back and forth several times and it worked.
The smaller bottles like beer size, must be thicker and wont separate. But liquor bottles definitely.
Just have patients. Save water by using a bowl and not running the water and boil your how water.

Sydney Rodríguez: No es un producto completamente usable.... funciona para su objetivo pero a largo plazo las navajas se desgastan y batallas mucho al cortar en un tiempo. (Es mejor invertir en una cortadora profesional de sitios especializados; externos a Amazon y otras plataformas)

Mrs. Valdés: It's advertised that you can cut any shape bottles but doesn't include any type of guide or instructions so you have to figure it out by yourself.

Neil: We successfully cut wine and beer bottles, even a pickle jar. It does take multiple cycles of hot and cold water for the scoring to separate the glass.
The adjustable arm placed at the base of your glass object is not very sturdy and will easily bend.
Overall, it functions as intended and simple to operate. Even my ten year old can successfully operate the device. The key to success is patience when pouring the hot and cold water after scoring the glass.

JaimJaim: I started stained glass art a couple months ago. I started with a pistol grip cutter but really wanted to try a pencil grip cutter. I like the dinosaurs (big heavy, sturdy, well made). I was super excited to try this. It works great! I did however notice the tip didn't lock into place. I know some are made this way so I figured I'd learn as most come loose anyways. Upon further inspection I noticed the little screw head was gone. Just completely cut off and the stem of the screw is stuck into it's place. There's no way, with a screw driver I could get this out. Kinda disappointing. It came with two replacement heads. Which I loved. But unfortunately can't use them on this pencil right away. I bought this one sale and it was the last one in stock, so I'm going to keep it & just eventually try to drill out the screw. And if I can do that successfully, I will just replace the screw. If not, hopefully I can use it enough to get my five bucks worth. It's really nice , heavy, sturdy and other than the screw, well made. So check your screw heads upon receiving.
