Brandon St. Clair: We don't have air conditioning in our house, so during the hot months, we're looking for any way possible to keep cool. These fans were an answer to our prayers. Even without the fan on, the water mists perfectly and helps to cool you down. With the fan on, you can downright chill yourself. We were actually a little sad when the temperature dropped and we didn't need them anymore!

Battery installation is easy; but the flap can open a little too easily at times. One of our kids dropped the fan from just a foot or so up, and the batteries popped out, and we couldn't find them. Keep that in mind if you have kids who will be using these.

Stephanie: The fan and spray worked well, it was easy to fill up with water and change the AA batteries. Just a big bulky size and not comfortable to carry and does not fit in small bags.

Alisha Wishcop: This bottle was cool except we returned the battery compartment constantly opened and the batteries would fall out. When it was in use and the batteries stayed in it worked well. The fab and water kept us cool when we visited a place in over 110 degree weather but the battery door constantly opening was very inconvenient
Also the drinking ease is really not that great. It works much better as a fan when it is working.

Ellie C: My kiddo wanted this mist fan for summer camp. It held up for the week of camp but on the last day the fan started to be finicky and unreliable. After another day or two it failed completely and was just a fancy spray bottle.
We let it sit for a week or so and suddenly the fan works again, but my kid says it's not as powerful as it used to be. Not sure if water got into the battery compartment or what. At least I t still mostly works.

Mouse: Many don't get working ones, due to the battery area. I feel like maybe that area of the product needs to be watched a bit more. It looked a tad sketchy with the one random spring. It somehow works well though! I actually use it as an indoor super soaker, because it won't cause large floor slips when aimed at people. Plus it's good for misting plants on a warmer day. I honestly wish I could find a bigger fan similar to this with a bigger rechargeable battery so I could use it more at night. Right now I only have a bunch of small fans. XD

Edit: between a heat dome a while back and a heat wave this year. Definitely worth it on a days from 20-35?°c out? I just know the heat dome was hot a year, or so back. I used it for then and now. I will say that I'm starting to need to be careful with the spray bottle trigger, but if you're gentle and you get a working one. They really are worth the price. Seriously though at minimum consider a spray bottle for a hot day. Cheap good investment.

Ashley: I bought this for my kids in the summer to cool off in the heat. I love it, the only drawback is the back battery door comes off very easily, so my 3 year old is always causing the batteries to fall out. Easy fix to just tape it. Regardless it really does cool you off and the water lasts a surprising amount of time.

Mary E.: This is a great way to keep cool or combat hot flashes. However, the motor is definitely not high quality and the fan noise level gradually increases and eventually it doesn't work all. This is fine for occasional use, but if you need something to use all day long, invest in a better quality item.
