I use one scoop once a day so far in the morning.

Exercise did feel "cleaner" with less of the weak muscle fatigue feeling.

I was able to do more pullups and dumbbell curls by about 5-10% so within placebo.

No otherwise strange feelings for me.

I did have less muscle fatigue during and after as well. I was able to continue with more reps after resting than I would normally go for.

After mixing, tasteless for me, slight texture but barely noticeable, had to reshake a little or it sank to the bottom before every drink pretty standard.

Easy recommend based on the quantity alone and the science has proved that continued use of creatine is very effective for multiple areas of bodily heath. Huge amount of doses per container and cost.

Alex N Chainz: This unflavored creatine monohydrate has been effective for me, I've seen noticeable results in strength and size in a matter of a few weeks and the price was more reasonable compared to other companies but I found out it can go bad quickly and may have a fishy odor when it does go bad, if any heat source gets to it. I still had about half a container left but it started to smell slightly fishy and the creatine started to clump together which meant that heat or moisture got to it. I had the container away from sunlight but it's very possible that the temperature in my apartment was too hot causing the creatine to go bad within a few weeks.
I had bought another container a few weeks after I bought the first container and opened that. It doesn't have any odor to it. Creatine should be odorless. I didn't get sick from taking the creatine that had the odor but after reading about this issue it was best to throw it away, which was aggravating because creatine has become expensive in the past couple years.

I emailed the company and they replied with a vague typical corporate BS letter saying how they have stringent quality control with all their products. They completely...
