Amazon Customer: I was looking for a new hot pot since my Japanese brand Zorizushi brand finally gave out after 30 years of service, a great brand that’s been around forever. With Christmas approaching I was on a really tight budget since i retired but wanted to get something I could afford but with the features and a good rated quality.
I read the reviews and saw this brand Nutrichef had overall really good ratings.
After unboxing the hot pot I was impressed with the design and easy button functions. A nice shiny stainless steel exterior, a large capacity holding tank and a water level window.
The nicest feature that I didn’t have on my old unit was a button for automatic water dispense, just hold the button down till you reach your desired amount.
Can’t be happier with my purchase

Max Perry: We have had this got water pot for 5 years and just ordered a new one to have on hand just in case our original one quits. These are perfect to have access to instant hot water. We are tea drinkers, and also like instant soups. It is faster than a traditional kettle, and nicer than using the microwave. The urn is automatic, just add water. It has a button to dispense and a button to re-boil. We love this appliance.

Stephen C. Blagg: I wanted to switch from coffee to tea, but found that I missed the convenience of always having a hot cup available. With this machine, I found that I could have a mug of tea on demand, without having to wait for a kettle to boil. This pot keeps the water at a temperature that is suitable for all of the teas that I drink. I found that by connecting it to one of those cheap coffee pot timers, I can have hot water readily available for 14 hours a day. The auto-dispense function works very well, so long as you use it while the power is on. The pot is easy to clean, thanks to the removable lid. I don't expect that a $50 appliance that runs 14 hours per day will last for many years, but if it lasts even one, I'll be happy.

WorldGypsy: First of all, the package arrived earlier than expected. When I opened it I found water in the tank. After further inspection I found spots and prints on the lid. I then inspected the box it came in and found the plastic bag that would normally have had the machine in it. The plastic bag that holds the cord was also loose at the bottom of the package. I bought this item brand new, Amazon Prime. I immediately put in for a replacement.
Now for the pros and cons. I read a review that said there wasn't a lever to fill cups automatically. At first, I couldn't figure it out either. On closer inspection I saw that you have to push the cup up on the lever behind the spout. Works fine. A full machine takes about 15 min. to get to the boiling point. After that it stays hot. I refilled my cup about 6 times on a full kettle. On a couple of those fills the water came out slow and sputtery. The water level was still good. The machine is pretty quiet when it boils. The machine is too tall to open the lid when under the cabinet. It's easy to pull out though. I use a pitcher and fill it with purified water to fill the kettle.
