NS: Very good product from a size and quality standpoint. Didn't have any issues connecting it to the phone (via bluetooth) and the car radio. However, it fell severely short in the audio department, which is what it was bought for! As this connects to the car radio via FM, there were many times while driving that it would pick up radio interference and completely distort the audio quality. To the extent that I had to lower the volume or switch it off. Tried multiple frequency settings (which was also easy to change) on the radio but the problem persisted. Unfortunately, I had to return the thing back to Amazon!

UPDATE:
Nulaxy customer service proactively reached out to me and offered to replace the unit with another one. I picked a different model (KM30) which had both options - an FM transmitter and an Aux out port. The difference in sound quality was huge - the audio via the Aux port was so superior. Issue with FM remained the same. However, I am satisfied using the Aux port. Jaythan Rodriguez: The product works very well and the LED lighting is nice. I’m knocking down one star because I find it a bit difficult to operate due to awkward button placement. It’s a minor complaint as the button are not often needed and you can use the controls on your phone or whatever device you have connected to it instead. Please dive safe.

Sam: I purchased this in July of 2021, and have regularly used it since then in 3 different vehicles. Setting it up took about 3-5 minutes if I recall, and I only had to adjust which station I was on once the day afterwards. Since then I have not had to touch or adjust a setting. The reason I had to change my station is because I first tuned it with the vehicle in the garage, which was blocking an interfering station which caused intermittent static while driving. Ever since I found an empty channel, I have had only one instance of static.

The audio quality is about as good as you're going to get for an FM transmitter type device. It's pretty good and it's about the same distortion and "compression" you would get with any normal radio station, so I don't fault it for it's nature.

This device has been good to me, I prefer to keep it in the glovebox so that the light it emits doesn't bother me. Placing it there has no effect on it's functionality for me. Earlier I said that I have had only one other instance of static with this device, and it was actually a quite interesting and rare occurance I would imagine. Critical review:
Let's talk about each one of the features' usefulness and how well this gadget performs under those categories:

1. Most of us love to use the Car's audio to route the navigation sounds, music, and call sounds through. However, the FM transmitter of this device is okay but not great! A hissing noise comes through that goes up with the volume. A workaround to this issue is to tune the FM transmitter to one of the existing good radio channels to decrease the noise level.

2. Voice quality during calls is unacceptable via this device's microphone. The microphone is lousy at best. Every call I made via this device had the other side complaining about my voice not being clear and loud enough. This is because the technology is there, but the...

mick: At first there was a lot of static in the background. On Spotify there was a setting so that only one device can pair with it at a time which reduced the static. But for some reason it seems as though the device picks on other signals so you’re music randomly switches to someone elses.
