William SheelerWilliam Sheeler: Product came in fast. I bought 2. One was used to power a 240 volt pool pump and the other to control 120 volt lights. Product worked great once I figured out wiring. I followed diagram on the inside cover but that is not correct and used one in some instructions I found online.
Also knockouts were Fragile I broke one too big very easily but that’s what reducing washer are for right?
Over all recommend this product for contractors or DIY home owners.

Mark A. BEHM: After much procrastination I installed this timer yesterday to control my water heater and save power/money.
The best part about installation is that the company did a video for both 120v and 240v appliances. Installation for these is different, so make sure you know the voltage of the line you're installing on. I ignored the wiring diagrams; the video explains everything very clearly. A couple of problems:
1. It's very difficult to secure the wires to the terminals. You really have to unscrew the screw, hold it out of the way with a screwdriver, and really push the bare wire ends under the screws to secure them. So many times I thought I had the wire secured, gave it a test pull, and it came right out. But in the end I got them all securely connected.
2. Considering that for a 240v installation, you're dealing with heavy gauge wire with 3 bulky wire connectors, the space given for all the wiring is small. I really had to push everything back into that space, and still the cover didn't fit cleanly. The company might consider adding a few more cubic inches in a future version.
Installation took me about two hours. A few bumps in the road, but nothing that's...

El "switch" de apagado manual y el timer dejo de funcionar.
Hoy lo reemplaze.
Este producto no debería de llevar la marca Tork.

El dispositivo, (caja y mecanismones de plástico) no se ve muy resistente solo el tiempo lo dirá.
El manual impreso adjuntos es muy malo, lo pude instalar gracias al video que acompaña al video en Amazon.
Son necesarios el uso de 3 "jump wires" eso fue una sorpresa pero siempre se aprende algo nuevo.
