ivy: I'm on a well and wanted something to filter pesticides, etc as well as any bacteria, etc. This is working really well and the water tastes so good! Took about 3 hours to install with 2 people. So far so good, only been using about 2 weeks. If anything changes I'll update my review but so far I love it and would highly recommend it.

Tim R: I purchased this RO system after comparing this system to others on Amazon. Ultimately I decided on the UV system which I didn’t need because I’m not on a well. After installing my system I registered my product and spoke with John who was very helpful in registering my product and explaining when the UV system is needed and when it is not. He suggested only using it when there is a boil notice in effect which I am now did. Couldn’t be happier with my system and with the customer service from John. Our tds prior to install was 250 ppm and after it is about 38ppm.

We are on a municipal water system, but are unsure of the quality of the water. They had problems in the past. They had had to flush out the system a couple of times because of problems. we checked in home, filtration systems and talk to a water testing lab. They recommended the ispring RCC7AK. We purchased a system and talk to Sean and their support team to help us out in also connecting the system to our refrigerator icemaker. He got us the additional components needed for the hook up. we now love our reverse osmosis, water system, and icemaker and special faucet. The system is great, and to me that we are very happy and satisfied with the system and all the help from the Ispring team - especially Sean- thanks again- 5 stars!

Daniele: Dopo qualche mese di utilizzo di questo sistema di filtraggio posso dare un giudizio più preciso. L’installazione è risultata semplice grazie all’aiuto di mio cognato, ma se si ha poca dimestichezza potrebbe apparire un pò complicata. Tramite un tester dell’acqua i primi giorni notavo che il PH risultava decisamente troppo alto, più di quello dell’acqua del rubinetto di casa, e la luce ultravioletta del filtro UV non si accendeva..alla fine ho notato che quella sorta di “valvola” (non ricordo il nome e che lavoro svolge) che si trova nel tubo blu tra il filtro UV è quello alcalino era PREINSTALLATO al contrario, con la freccia nel verso sbagliato, come è potuta passare inosservata questa cosa in casa Ispring?boh..
Ora l’acqua quando è fresca è buona, si sente che è “pura”, se invece viene bevuta a temperatura ambiente risulta troppo “ferrosa”, sintomo di un filtraggio troppo aggressivo a mio parere..cosa riscontrata anche tramite il tester, è come se il filtro di rimineralizzazione non lavorasse appieno come dovrebbe.
Spero che col tempo si assesti un pó.

matthew: Impressive quality, nearly immediate delivery, beautiful tasting water, everything slotted together first time with no problems or needing a professional. Minor problem with the UV balast. A quick email to Michele in their trouble shooting department had a replacement with tracking number despatched in less than a day. Impressive service and speed. This company and Michele in particular are a joy to work with. Strongly recommend them.

Dalin: Been installed for a couple weeks now and good so far. I threw out the Alkaline filter as it made the water taste funny. I’ve read a lot of different opinions on whether it’s even beneficial or not. Had it installed by Superior Water when they were here putting in an iron filter and hooking the rest of the house filters. Pretty easy to install though (I was there helping) and very straightforward. We ended up getting a separate booster pump as well which helps a lot; filters faster and gives us more pressure coming out the faucet.

Been several months now:
Still works great. One of the pressure switches started leaking after a while, but they sent over a replacement which was great. Great company to contact if something isn’t working right.

Andrew C.: tl;dr It works great, but installation and maintenance hassle make it a nightmare. It's also physically huge. Service is fantastic.
Almost all the water my family drinks comes from the refrigerator, so I wanted to install this behind there. Way more hassle than I imagined. It makes the fridge stick out about 6" extra. Part of this is the piece of wood behind the metal bracket, because the bracket doesn't have the standard 16" and 24" on center screw holes, and drywall anchors just won't hold the weight. Also, the tank has to sit on top of the fridge or it adds another 8" of fridge sticking out. This is a non-standard installation, but I can't believe I'm the first one to do this.
The installation instructions aren't bad, but they're still a bit hard to follow at points. The external hoses are color coded, which make installation a bit simpler. The water tastes really good when you're done with the install and the filter is working like it should.
Now, the bad. Though the external connection hoses are color coded, all the internal hoses are white, which makes installation of the 4th stage (the RO filter) and all following stages difficult. Don't screw up, because for some...

Darius: If anyone is considering buying a good water filter, look no further! The iSpring 7-Stage 75 GPD UV Ultra Violet Alkaline Mineral Reverse Osmosis Water System is what you want. If you think you might need help, do not worry! The customer service is excellent! They will make you feel nice and comfortable when you contact them. I am not sure if I can find the right words to express how fantastic experience I have had with iSpring exceptional customer service! Most people do not know that the mineral water sold in plastic bottles is not healthy at all. There are 7 types of plastics and plastic containers are marked with a triangle of three "chasing arrows", which encloses a number giving the plastic type. Indie_Thinker: What a ridiculous hassle! If you value your time and energy - and if you really want a unit that ALKALIZES your water -- then bypass this and look at a more expensive unit like TapMaster. In my research, it came down to this unit or the TapMaster Artesian Full Contact 7-stage, but I ultimately decided on this because of price. Three months after my purchase, I regret buying this and wish I had just spent the extra money on the TapMaster instead.

Yes, there is supposed to be a 30-day money back guarantee, but we had some unexpected scheduling conflicts and didn't get it installed in that period of time. Now, while the company has sent us gratis extra filters to keep us happy, we are stuck with a system that does not do everything we bought it to do.

So here are the SPECS of the system:

The filter housing measures 18"h x 15"d x 5"w. The 3.2 gal storage tank is 11"w x 14"h. This particular model is made for normal water pressure so it does not come with a booster pump. Because of the UV light, it does require an electrical outlet, preferably one you can switch on and off.

The PROS:

1. THE REVERSE OSMOSIS WORKS. I have not had the water lab-tested...
