I already knew I loved this brand of coconut oil so I was very excited to find this size at such a reasonable price. I had previously used it for scalp issues and dry skin. Now I add a tbs of it each morning along with a tbs of ghee to my green tea. It gives me stable energy and I'm not ready to crash by 2pm.

I love the Now food company because it is a quality product that is affordable! The coconut oil came in a timely fashion. The only minor thing that happened is that upon opening my package, I noticed the lid was cracked, but that is not a huge problem for me. It still had the seal intact and great taste!
