These are really good but I ordered the wrong size! I can’t crawl under my house to change the filters, so by the time my friend was able to, the return window was gone! If the company is reading this will they help me? Perhaps exchange them for 16x20x4 please? Thanks

Filter is good quality... arrived well packaged. As other reviewers states, it's actual width is smaller than described. I currently use a honeywell 20x25x4 and it's actually 4 inches. After further research, Nordic Pure states to purchase the 20x25x5 to fit my existing HVAC system. This wouldn't be a problem, but the price increase is significant. Not exaclty thrilled nor understanding of this

I received the product on time with no issues. I am giving it 3 Stars not because it is no good or does not deserve 5 stars. It is because it is to be MERV 13 and I have no clue if it is MERV 13! I was buying cheaper ones that were MERV8 and it looks the exact same in terms of packaging and product. Just not sure what I bought, as I am not an HVAC expert with a gauge.
