KingerXI: For some reason, my HVAC units have screws that get in the way if the filter is too thick. The Filterbuy filters are thinner and are the best ones I have found that allow them to slide in easily. They do a good job blocking the dirt as well. I will continue to buy these filters.

Juan Lulli: Filterbuy makes outstanding furnace/air handler filters that come in various Merv ratings. We prefer Merv 8 for our needs. We had set up the item on subscription. But regrettably seller (or brand?) no longer offers the service. We’ll need to search on the platform for an alternative source.

JimB: These merv8 filters provide the perfect balance of quality, price, filtering, and airflow. Something many people don’t realize is using the ones that filter “everything” can restrict airflow and negatively impact the life of your HVAC system even though they reduce dust in your home. Or using the ones that you can see through have great airflow but don’t filter much and allow your ducts and coils to get dirty quicker. You have to find the balance of airflow/filtering. These are excellent filters.

Rob: I purchased two filters of varying sizes for my two distinct air conditioning units. Unfortunately, I received a duplicate filter for one unit and an incorrectly sized filter for the other. Seeking resolution, I initiated contact through the Amazon chat platform to Filterbuy directly instead of doing a return via Amazon. Amazon Customer: Got a box of 4, one was defective. Reached out to seller and they will be sending a replacement.
They have a good mesh on the filter material and good cardboard support.
Haven't trialed one yet so we will see how filter material performs.
Would like to see more pleats for better airflow and greater longevity.
Its not a high Merv filter so it will work in my blower.
