Add to that shipping logistics (delays) and it’s safe to say that my job is pretty interesting and keeps me incredibly busy Staying focused and alert in a constantly changing landscape is a must have not a nice to have. 5HTP has given me the edge at work and sleep at night. jrfMD: I am a nurse practitioner in the frontline of covid 19, and my job is highly stressful due to the sheer number of patients that I see every time I’m in the clinic. The problem is I go home after a 12 hour shift dead tired but my mind is still wide awake which makes it difficult to sleep and/or maintain sleep. I’ve come across 5-HTP from a medical article as stree buster and sleep inducer and decided to try it. I’m now starting to have better and deeper sleep after just 2 weeks of use! Thank you.

Nathan: I have had trouble sleeping lately, due to a number of factors. I have tried 5-HTP before and noticed a change in dreams and feeling more rested. After taking this for about a week, I definitely observed that I was having more vivid dreams as well as remembering them (which almost never happens anymore). I also felt more rested than before.

This does not help with falling asleep, but in my experience it helps to maintain more restful sleep, so when combined with melatonin, it can be very beneficial to your sleep cycle.

Goldengate: My husband is in real estate and our lives tend to be pretty chaotic... I find myself waking up early with the "what do I need to do today" syndrome or having trouble going to sleep, thinking the same thing. I was skeptical at first thinking this would just be something like melatonin, but after about 10 days I really began to notice a difference with no side effects. I am sleeping much better. I also like that this is made in the USA... I won't buy supplements made anywhere else due to loose quality control abroad.

Highly recommended.
