Mom of 4 BoysMom of 4 Boys: This was my kind of electronic device! One button push and hold to change from F to C and back, push once to turn on, push to take temp! This automatically turns off and resets itself after each reading.
I've used it on every member of my family multiple times 2 of them right now have flu, and reading was exactly same as standard under tongue.
I found the ear reading CAN be warmer if person is laying down so make sure person has been sitting up with ears clear first.
Great buy, great price, definitely getting a few more just to have in each of our kits and one for family members.
My mom has a hospital grade machine and this works exactly the same way. I appreciate not being taken advantage of when this is a needed product! Bravo to this company!

Amazon Customer: I think I like it. It may measure temp a little low but quick and easy. Directions should be clearer. It does not say how far away to hold it. I place it right against the forehead for most accurate results. Way easier than traditional thermometers. Great price too! Well worth the $.

Ketokraze :): Would give this 5 stars if the instructions were better to read, the print is very small! However after a minute or two of playing with it, I was able to set it up to read fahrenheit instead of celsius. The display is also nice and clear to read right out of the box as it comes with batteries (2 AAA) , no issues so far.
