Kindle Customer: I love that I can use it both as a forehead and as an ear thermometer. I've been using another brand of touchless thermometer for over a year at work and it never reads above 96 degrees F, so I wanted one that would read more accurately. It's so easy to use in either mode and it gives a much more reliable reading. The only thing I will say is that the forehead reading tends to be a little less accurate. If I'm really concerned about a fever, I'll always use the ear probe, but if I were testing a lot of people for screening purposes, the forehead function would be perfectly acceptable.

VibrationalWorld: I have had this Touchless Thermometer since August 13, 2020, at first, I was frustrated with it and gave it three stars because It was completely inaccurate, and I had trouble trying to figure out how to adjust the calibration, once this was done, I got better readings; it still is inaccurate, but somewhat within the ballpark, what I mean by that is it reads either one, two or three degrees difference from 98.6. When I apply the thermometer to my forehead in a sequential order, the temperature reading will either go down or up, but either way as long as it is close to what my body temperature actually is, that is fine with me. I do have a second old-fashioned mercury type thermometer that I can use as a back-up or to confirm how accurate the Touchless Thermometer is. Despite its inaccuracy, it is a quick and easy way of getting an answer to find out if I am running a fever or not. This is why I have changed my rating from three to four stars.

MARIE S.: Has anyone else had the problem that I have with this or other touchless Thermometers that we have. This works on my husband, my children but their normal temp is 98.6 and it reads that on it for each of them. But when we try to take my temp. it reads "too low, Error." It does not give any numbers. My "Normal temp is 97.6 degrees." I cannot understand why it does not give a reading of the 97.6 since that is my temp. without a fever. Can someone tell me if they have this problem or know of why this will not give a reading for me? I am thinking MAYBE THIS DOES NOT READ BELOW 98??? As stated on me this reads every time ''TOO LOW, ERROR'' and I have tried about 10 times at different times a the day for about a week. Help! And thank you if you can answer this. marie

Kathryn Cruz: At least so far, I really like that I can take the temperature of people and things. It really does solve any question of the temperature FEELING, especially, during covid. I did question the direction of the batteries because of the springs being on both sides. I do hope that there is no lack of life of the no-touch because of it.

Being able to take the temperature wasn't as clear in the directions, but once I figured out what they mean by holding the MEM button down for 3 seconds. The screen changes and changes to the house rather than a picture of a person, then press the temperature button.

I've had it a couple weeks. I noticed it doesn't say what the temperature says if it is TOO high or TOO low, but I noticed I can take it in the Object mode. The one thing with that is the temperature can end up different. I don't know if it has to be held at a farther distance.
