Matt: I use this as a onboard charger on my 23 Baja. I use it to keep my batteries charged on the boat over the winter and I plug in to this charger when I arrive at a marina in the summer. Great Charger!

Symbols Of Love:
Retrofitting my scissor lift was easy with this replacement battery charger which took about 1/5th the space the original on board charger did. It keeps the batteries charged up properly and I never have a problem with the lift as I used to. Works well! I'm satisfied and would buy again.

dr.constructo: This is a serious charger, weighs almost 15lbs, supposedly it's waterproof, good to know but I won't be testing that. Charges my group 24s way faster than my previous NOCO 3500 (which by the way is an awesome little 3.5 amp charger, but just not big enough for the repeated charging of my trolling motor AGM batteries). Cables are a decent length, and feel like a nicer quality of wire than most. It's very easy to use, there are no buttons, you just hook up red/red, black/black, plug it in and the unit knows what to do. Finally technology that does not need your intervention to make it work. Lights are bright multi-colour, and comes with 4 stainless screws for mounting (usually you'd get a handful of pot metal screws so I'm impressed they went that extra little bit and gave me something that won't rust out anytime soon). Overall I'm giving this 5 stars because it's a nicer charger than I've ever owned and, out of the box, it seems well made for the money. Shipping was fast too, literally next day to where I live.

Max Entropy: Haven't had it long enough to give a full review, but it does work well per its description. It is pretty heavy, so if you hang it off something make sure the attachment is robust as well as what you're mounting it on. One thing you have to be careful of is that when on, both charging circuits are live, so if you're only going to charge one battery, make sure the +ve and -ve leads of the unused charging circuit are insulated and isolated from each other.

YooperInUtah: I did a LOT of on line reviewing before purchasing my Genius 2 charger. I looked at many brand and narrowed it down to either Minn Kota or the NOCO Genius 2. I'm glad I went with the Gen2. I wired up the charger plug to a recessed outlet on my boat instead of the plug-in cord. The charger is small and light and give great power output for the money. 2 banks @ 10amps per bank. It automatically charges and then shuts off and goes into a "mainatain" mode. I charge both my starting batter and my deep cycle battery with it. It knows how to charge each batter based on the internal circuitry. I've used it about 1/2 a season (30 plus charges) and typically leave it plugged in for several days at a time. Batteries are perfectly charged and ready to go. I would HIGHLY recommend this charger to anyone who is looking for an onboard charging system for your boat. It beats the hell out of hooking up an individual battery charger after each trip. I just plug in an extension cord and I'm good to go. Amazon.com has the absolute BEST price on it too. I paid about $115 delivered and other sites are charging $179 or more! Its listed on the NOCO site for $215.

bayotanzk: I put a 20 amp 2 bank charger on my Mako after my old unit failed to charge properly. I did quite a bit of research before purchasing and found the reviews to be very helpful. I watched the unit very carefully with my voltmeter for the first few weeks and it has continued to perform flawlessly. This may be the best on board charger I have ever owned. The guys at NOCO built a product that is as simple to install as hooking up a few wires and plug it in and it does the rest. Green light is charged battery and red light is charging. The Genius has multistage charging typically found in much more expensive units. The quality is fantastic, fully sealed for marine environments and size is smaller than most other units of equal amps. I can only say thanks to NOCO. I have never taking the time to review a product and felt compelled to review this unit and as an added bonus it is made in the USA.

Hepotter:
It simply works and works great!
I have mine set up for two batteries, and that means the charger has four wires, a positive and negative for each battery, so my two battery system needed a "two bank" charger.
Multiple battery installations require one pair of wires from the charger to each individual battery. Generally you can get one to four "banks" on a charger. Each one charges a 12 volt battery at ten amps.
It is well sealed with epoxy, weather proof, temperature proof, and has two green leds, quite bright, that come on when the batteries are at 100% capacity. Two different leds show a red color while still charging, so it's hard to get mixed up.
This unit drops amperage in predetermined levels several times during the charge, ending at a trickle charges after the batteries are fully charged. This prevents overcharging, overheating, and lowering of battery fluid levels from heat, during the charging process. It also has the feature that cleans the plates in the batteries, which helps the battery life a lot and extends their peak performance. I don't know how it works...I don't care, as long as it keeps those expensive...
