Jose: Bought these for the LA marathon after dealing with chaffed nipples during my training a few times. I should’ve bought these sooner. I highly recommend taking them off in the shower to minimize any pain.

Sethareli: I'd not used these on long runs, never felt the need. I did put some on though for a recent marathon. Easy to put on and once on, I completely forgot about them. I only actually remembered they were there when I took a shower!
Best advise, make sure they are soaked and soapy before taking off, but there is no real pain. Good to have as a back up - suggest any LDR get some in their draw and run packs in case!

Matt: Rate these 4/5 overall because I find they offer very good protection for my chafe-prone nipples (which, as any of us who love running but are prone to this problem know, is a life-saver.) But there are a couple of issues.
First of all, unless you're willing to embrace the horrible manscaping fad, it's nigh-on impossible for those of us with hairy chests to get these on without trapping one or two under them. This you are not meant to do, and I'm sure it compromises the adhesion somewhat. I also find that these have a tendency to crease ever so slightly when you try to put them on (not surprising given you're applying a flat object to an uneven surface,) which can cause the plastic to form little ridges that catch against your vest and threaten to pull them off after a few miles.
The solution to all of this, I've found, is to cut strips of fabric Elastoplast and layer them over the top. This gives protection to the plastic and the two layers together seem to last long enough to do the business (caveat: I don't run farther than the half-marathon, so I don't know how the combo stands up to longer distances.) However, it obviously adds a little extra expense, and...

OMG Snarf: After going on longer runs (4+ miles) for a bit, I noticed nipple chafing and shower discomfort. Looked into my options and these seemed to have decent reviews.
I'm getting fit and started running during the 'Rona and have lost 50+ pounds at this point. Recently broke a 30 minute 5K. Still have more to go, and there's a bit of moob action going on. I bring this up because I think if your business isn't completely flat, or it's cold and your nipples aren't on the smaller size, these may not stay down completely during your run, or stay attached with a lot of sweat.
These stay 100% adhered maybe 25% of the time. Half the time I'll have a partial lift of the guard. And 25% of the time I'll get back from a 3-4 mile run and I'll be missing one completely. However, for the price, even if they're detaching partway through a run, my chafing has gone to nearly nothing.
The normal size is a touch small for me. I got the larger size which extends a little beyond the areola but seems to stay attached a little more, but still doesn't work perfectly. There's another brand that's got a raised foam ring that's absolutely amazing and works perfectly but it's about twice the...

Michael: Overall this a great Product!
The NipEaze is easy to apply and stays on all day. It is so comfortable after application that you will forget they are still on. NipEaze does not leave behind any rashes or noticeable rashes if any. Removing them takes some practice. I found the easiest way to remove them is after your workout when you shower in warm water so slowly remove them and you will be fine!
I've tried applying deodorant or Gold Bond Friction Defense on my man nipples which work great and protects during a solid workout whether it is lifting weights or cardio for 60 to 190 minutes. Unfortunately, after about a month of applying deodorant or Gold Bond Friction Defense everyday, dry faded white rings around your workout top, tee, t-shirt, etc. will appear at the nipple level. I realized this after a fellow gym goer jokingly asked me if I was lactating. The stain is too hard and time consuming to remove so I tossed my tanks and ordered new ones...spending more money (eye roll).
What about Band-Aids? I used Band-Aids before purchasing NipEaze. Unfortunately, when I worked out it looked like I had nipple piercings, which is not the appearance I want to show...

Ben: These worked like a charm. No more bloody nipples on long runs. Make sure you read the directions and run water on them when taking them off though or else you’ll rip your nipple right off and it kinda defeats the point.
