First one I got was badly scratched up and has a couple broken/cracked parts on it, the replacement had the same cracks as well as a large gouge. The machine is great but I wouldn’t order from this seller.

Se la regale a una persona muy querida y resulta que le llegó un modelo distinto al de la imagen y a parte el display dañado, imaginen mi sorpresa que con todo el amor del mundo le quise regalar a esa persona y no sirve el producto y tampoco es lo que yo pedí.
En los comentarios del producto menciona que se puede hacer el reemplazo del producto el cual solicite a Amazon y no me lo facilito, ya que al ser un producto de importación según Amazon no aplican esas reglas por lo que no me quedo se otra que solicitar la devolución.

As a senior with limited experience with cooking, the Ninja help me cook many recipes that I did not try before due to complicated and time consuming dishes. The combination of both pressure cooked and air fried make it easy to cook different recipes a day. The only thing I am not happy with is it is not dishwasher friendly .
