Moxxi: I live in an apartment and bought this to save money at the local laundromat. It's pretty big but can hold a lot more than other apartment-sized washers. I also invested in an appliance cart to make moving it around much easier (and I highly recommend getting one for it.) I can wash everything from clothes to towels and even throw blankets, but still opt to wash larger blankets elsewhere.
This thing has managed to keep up with laundry for four people, so far, no complaints!
I also recommend that after a wash, put the drain hose down into a bucket and run cycle 7 for a spin, it helps spin extra water out and makes drying much easier.
We hang our laundry until mostly dry, then put it in the dryer. Still cuts down on costs and I love that we don't need to haul our laundry out of the apartment to have clean clothes.

Peggy: The machine is quite amazing - I can carry it from one room to another, it cleans the clothes and 1 extra spin cycle at the end makes for a quick line dry after.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars - all hoses could be longer! I bought a separate intake hose made out of metal. And beware of the outtake hose - anchor it because there's force when water and suds come out. A typical wash does about 3 rinse cycles. Also, the wash cycles could be shorter - standard is 47 min. and I think a heavy wash is 67 min.
A couple of unique feature I love - the washing cylinder is far enough away from the machine walls so it can adjust with the amount of clothes and balancing without over stressing. Also, there's no plastic turn-style in the middle taking up valuable space. It does hold a good amount of clothes - I'd say a medium load.
All in all, after our landlord took away our washer/dryer, this machine has fit the bill and come to the rescue! Worth the money. :)

Estella Velasco-Gilfillan: This little workhorse is a lifesaver. It is dependable, has many cycles, rinses well and is very quiet. The clothes come out clean and smelling great. The water is spun out thoroughly making it quicker and easier for the dryer. Bad dog smells also come out of their items. No more stink in my house!

The little miracle arrived quickly. It was packed beautifully and two boards were added for protection. All one has to do is cut the sides of the box, roll out the machine and connect it. I ordered an extra connector. But this was not necessary, as all the parts were in the box. I am very pleased with this washer and would recommend it for others. evg

Alice P.: Now that I have had the machine a bit longer, I just wanted to update my review and I STILL LOVE IT!!! The only minor thing that I would like to have on this machine is a beep to indicate when it goes from wash to rinse. Since I don't dry my clothes in a tumble dryer, I like to add a bit of fabric softener to the rinse. I have watched it through enough cycles that I can fairly accurately set a timer that comes within a couple of minutes of being accurate for the start of the rinse cycle. This just a minor thing and truly at this point the only thing I can think of to improve on it.

True, I have only had it for 2 weeks but after hesitating for a while because it's a little bit of money there and if I had to send it back it would be pretty bulky. But I have moved into this condo that does not have an end unit washer and dryer from a home where I've had a washer and dryer for 30 years or more. The complex does have a six unit washer and dryer room but it's coin operated machines and just a hassle of having to go over there and see if anybody else is using the machines and then sit there and wait to set a timer so that I don't forget to get the clothes in and out of the washer...
