Happy with purchase: This product has great adhesive properties and stays put. I have tried other brands but this one is by far the best.

Cons: it does irritate sensitive skin however I have tried other brands with the same result.

Pros: Great adhesive and great product for stopping smoking.

Tyler: Decided it was finally time to kick the vaping habit I picked up in college. I quit cold turkey in college, but its hard to completely quit it when your around other people constantly vaping so it only lasted a month or so. I wanted to use an aid this time around because I remember how awful cold turkey was and I didn't think I could do it cold turkey while trying to be a functioning adult. Definitely experienced some withdrawals the first couple days switching over to the patch but not anywhere near as bad as cold turkey. I personally think 6 weeks on step 1 seems excessive. I'm a week on step 1 and I already feel just about ready to go to step 2. But that may be because I know there's zero chance I'm going to fail. I'm done with vaping. My only real complaint is it definitely leaves a nice little rash that sticks around for a couple days, so if you have sensitive skin like I do, just be aware of that and don't put it anywhere you aren't ok with there being a big red square for a few days.

Josh K.: Worked great at helping with my cravings as I started quitting. I did notice that if I wore it while doing manual labor or working out, it tended to come off pretty easily, so be aware. I put two bandaids over it like an X and that seemed to help keep it in place better.

Kat: I recently decided to quit smoking, and this time without switching over to an alternative habit like vaping. Put my FSA funds to good use and bought this product. I was a little concerned about all the reviews complaining about the adhesion of the patch to skin, but I have not had any issues at all so far. I put the patch on my lower back/hip/butt and make sure that I compress it with my hand for 10 seconds as instructed. I took a shower after wearing it for a couple hours this morning and it's still holding strong.

As for what it's meant to do, it has definitely helped curb my cravings for nicotine. I woke up this morning really wanting that morning cigarette, but I applied the patch and laid in bed for about 15 minutes, and felt better.

The mental aspect is definitely the hardest part for me.

I recommend this product, and can't wait to get to level 2!

REMY REVIEWS: Long time smoker, trying to quit (again) and decided I would spend the money and use patches + gum to attempt to wean myself off cigarettes this time. I'm only on day three but I can tell it's effective but the adhesion has been terrible. I'll admit it's summer, and I live in a humid part of the world where temps have been especially high lately so that may have something to do with it. I'm not a particularly sweaty guy but it may be enough to affect how well it adheres to my skin. I've been resorting to band aids to keep them adhered properly. I did notice on day two, I placed a band aid over the patch and half way through the day the band aid started to lose adhesion so as I was about to replace it, I noticed the patch was no longer curling off on the edges and had fully adhered to my skin. It managed to stay on for the rest of the night until the next morning when I removed it.

As far as everything else, it seems to be effective. I've attempted to quit in the past and the first 3-4 days are always the worst. I get moody and agitated, etc. I haven't felt like that so far and I'm on day 3 right now. I'll continue with the patch, and I'll see how well it works. My father...
