leslieleslie: I bought these to keep Hummingbirds out of my porch ( I had one next to the porch to plug in the heat light that keeps it from freezing) bc one flew up into the skylight last year. I bought cheap magnetic screens last year to keep it from happening again bc the Hummingbirds rescue was not fun. They were ugly, but functional & were shredded by this summer.
I saw these used for porches while looking for curtains for something else & loved the idea.
The curtains make the sitting area on the porch very private, while still allowing you to see out. When they are closed, you cannot see in to the porch from the yard, sidewalk or across the street.
I would make this purchase again & recommend them. They washed well & I just hang them to dry.

coffeehound: Far nicer than I anticipated but also more sheer than anticipated. Had to buy another couple packages to get the most aesthetically pleasing look and I'm not mad about it at all. AND when I realized I needed those additional pairs to complete the room and ordered them, they came only a FEW HOURS LATER! Perfection. UPDATE 10/24: I've now bought this same sheer for other rooms in my house and I just absolutely love them. Paired with Nicetown's upscale rods, these have helped to transform every room I've hung them in. For about $35 per window, I've jumped from basic drab to elegant chic. Get these. You'll be glad you did.

Sean O: We got the sheer ones for the look. Nice curtains. Annoyingly, they sew the tag into the curtains, so you cut off the tag but can still see a portion of it inside the curtains. Barely noticeable but still annoying. Other then then they’re nice.

Amazon Customer: I love those curtains, they are sheer and allow lots of light through, you can see the outside yet the inside is not visible from outside, so great for privacy. Their colour, material, length, everything about them is perfect and they arrived on time. I will order more and other lengths as well for windows . I was between the beige and the white, got white . I love all the colours.
