Amazon Customer: I love these curtains. They look very pretty, hang really nicely and feel so soft. I have the grey and have put sheers in the middle. I have a pretty big window and these cover it completely when fully closed. although they are thick, they are not sun blockers but I didn't buy them for that reason. Definitely worth the price.

B.: Gorgeous color and truly BLACK OUT curtains.
Got these for my daughter at college and they came right out of the bag ready to hang. I was ready for a wrinkled mess but they were great right from the packaging. Good sized grommets make them easy to hang and they block out all the light.

Debbie Reed: I like the way the curtains hang and they do look very nice. The blackout efficiency is great. The cleaning part I have not tried yet. Hand wash seems a little hard to do for curtains, since they are a big item. I will try a gentle cycle in the washing machine and hang to dry. Will see what happens. But these curtains are very, very nice. I have bought two other sets and the colors are so vibrant. Will see how they clean up also.

Steph: These aren’t fully black out. Quite a bit of light still comes in, but they do help. We wanted them to get the glare of the TV, it does help but wish they were actually black out.

Amazon Customer: I have two windows, side by side with about 8 inches in between. While a single panel (so one set) would have covered a single window, I wanted excellent coverage for the black out effect. I ordered two sets, and hung them on an extended rod, going all the way across. The coverage and folds are perfect, the material feels and looks wonderful, and they are well made.

Dodie BeckerDodie Becker: I’ve been searching for blackout curtains for years that are dark enough for my preference. If I could sleep in a windowless cave, I would because I need pitch black.
I took this picture at 1:00 pm. The left side has this curtain set and on the right is the previous set I was using. You can tell right away there is a huge difference and at night it’s perfect.
They are really soft, almost like a microsuede texture to them.
I just ordered another set for the other window (didn’t want to buy two sets if I didn’t like them) and can’t wait for them to arrive!

JW: I bought a set of blackout curtains for my bedroom (purple with silver lines) so I could sleep a bit later. A couple weeks later, I ordered 2 more pair for my house (red with silver lines, and cream with silver "raindrops"). I suffer from migraines and sometimes, your house just needs to be DARK. so I'm writing one review and posting it on all 3 products so you can get a compare-and-contrast.

---SIZING---
I found that all 3 sets had a nice variety of sizes to fit the window. I like that all 3 sets came in a pair. I have a bay window in front, and the cream curtains span the distance since there are two.

---DESIGN---
I like the swirly lines. they add a little bling without being too obnoxious. in real life, they look a bit like Christmas tree tinsel. the "raindrops" don't really look like raindrops; they do look a bit odd, but I still really like them. it's a bit understated elegance.

---COLOR---
the purple and cream are really close to what shows up on my monitor (your monitor may vary.) the purple is deep, rich eggplant. and the cream is a light off-white. the red is a bit brighter / lighter. instead of tipping towards burgandy, it's closer to a...
