Erin L.: Got this for Mother's Day from my daughter. The softball design is fun, and the bag seems to be pretty sturdy (time will tell once it gets some use). Love that one of the side pouches has a velcro closure to keep money/phone from falling out. My only complaint is that the handles are a little too short - it makes it difficult to carry over the shoulder. Add about 4-6 inches to the handles and you'd have a perfect bag.

Veronica Garrett: The pockets on the outside works well instead of inside the bag. If you want pockets on the inside this bag doesn’t have any.
