Shannon Luby: I got this mat to have something soft under me for yoga poses. I am not thin or a yogie. Just wanted to have a mat that had poses on it in case I had the time to just roll it out and get some exercise. No need for books or t.v. or my little screen on the phone. Poses are on the mat.

Itzel deva: It's nice and thick, I like it. It's a bit stickier than I expected. I bought it because of the yoga poses on it. It has a repeat pose which is incorrect, the pigeon.

I only have it 4 stars just because it would be even better thicker, like 10mm thick.

Miss. Luck: I absolutely love my yoga mat. The poses infront of your face is so useful. I find some of the yoga vedios on YouTube goes fast as the teachers are advanced. This mat kind of helps you do it on your own pace and by yourself! I absolutely love it.
My only worry is about the white print fading away in the future as I keep using it. Time will tell.
