TobiTobi: Wet decks can be slippery and I'd rather invest in this high quality mat than a broken hip. I'm considering buying a second one for the same walkway after the tree currently protecting it sheds its leaves. As other reviewers have noted, the mat does have a very pungent smell. The cardboard box it came in was itself very smelly. You might want to plan on airing the mat before putting it to use inside.

Chris L: Daily use and cleaning and it’s holding up to the abuse. Stays flat to the floor and serves it purpose. It did gas off an obnoxious odor when I first got it. I put it out side and gave it a wash with Dawn and the odor was gone. Would highly recommend.
