DGilligan: I bought this product to keep my Mom’s gel foam pad in place when I lifted her into her wheelchair. It worked great. Have also used it to hold things on her over bed table to keep them from sliding away from her when she reaches for it. It’s movable and I wipe it off and reuse it.

Amazon Customer: I have arthritic hands and opening bottles or jars is very difficult. I put a piece of the Dycem on the counter. Then I place the jar on it and take another piece on the lid and using a flat open hand, can open the jar with ease.
