Patsy McMillan: This arrived and I used it just like I was needing it for. I always like a hand blender instead of getting out my big one and this one is a lot easier to clean up. So enjoy using it.

Rob: Works as Advertised but this thing is huge in my opinion. The bottom of the unit which guards the blades is a very large diameter making it awkward. I use it to mix MCT into my coffee but when I turn it on it tends to rise up around the edges and spill all over. I kind of wish I had bought one of those rechargeable 12 buck inline whisks. The heavy duty cord is really awkward. I can pulse it but that seems to take forever. I used to chopping accessory once to make egg salad and it worked OK.

K. SandersK. Sanders: I’ve used (and still have) a wide variety of small choppers and mixers. I cook a lot and I love fresh garlic so I’ve been trying to find something that will chop AND mince garlic with having to continuously scrape the larger pieces off the wall or just back toward the blade. Finally, this one did it.
I know the larger and expensive choppers do this well but I don’t want the hassle of dragging something large out of the pantry. Or taking up half a dishwasher rack with a big bowl. Also, I use a hand mixer more than my stand mixer, so this is perfect for my needs.
The side view is 10-12 cloves of garlic after 2 or 3 quick pulses. The overhead view is minced after 3 or 4 more longer pulses.
I never had to scrape, shake, shift, or whack my garlic back to the cutting area. All I did was pulse.
I’ve had this thing for a day and I have already used the other attachments. The whisk is steady and works very well and the emulsifier smoothed out some THICK sausage red sauce in a snap.
I’ll update this review if I have any issues, but as of now I LOVE this tool!
