jane v: This works great. I have dry skin, so I use it every other day. You just need to adjust its use to your skin type as well as whether your house has low humidity either in winter from the heat or summer from the air conditioning.

Just Lookin': I have loved and used this product for years and years. The most recent purchase (not through Amazon), had a mild, weird smell. I just got off the phone with a wonderful person at the Neutrogena custom support line and she shared the following. This product is discontinued in the US. If you find it available for purchase online it is likely manufactured outside the US and not required to meet US specifications. It turns out the product in my most recent order was manufactured in France and shipped from a company in Hong Kong. This is likely the cause for the weird, motor-oil like smell noted by others as well. The product is likely safe, but NOT manufactured to US standards which are more stringent. If ordering online, do your homework and make sure you are getting inventory that was produced in the US before the product was discontinued.

Noel: I discovered this product a few years ago as I was looking for inexpensive skin care that could really help me out with my very dry and sensitive skin. I figured a low-grade retinol would be fine since my skin is on the younger side, and I didn't want to risk putting something on my face and having a really bad reaction because it couldn't handle higher percentages. This product really does work for me, and it's something I keep repurchasing just because of how effective it is. What this does for me is alleviate my dry skin, address the redness (due to rosacea) and give me a calmer and even skin tone. While I don't experience any tingling (as the package suggests when you first start using it), my skin can be a little more sensitive to the sun if I don't properly use an SPF the next day (which you should be applying when using any form of retinol anyway)---but that's the only 'bad' reaction I've had to this. A little product goes a long way; there's no fragrances!!! And it dries really quickly once placed on the skin, which makes it much easier to apply and move on to the next step in a skin care routine. This will always be a product I purchase, and I'm happy to have found it all...

EmmaB: Not usually one for believing any hype about 'miracle' face creams and certainly not one for writing reviews on them! I've tried lots of different products across all ranges and, I have to say, this is great. I'm in my forties, have spent a lot of time working outdoors in all types of weather and while I'm lucky enough to have good skin and look slightly younger than my years, age is slowly creeping up on me. The differences I have noticed from using this cream (once a day, on its own, at night) are: reduced pores (almost non-existent now), lines around my eyes are reduced in length and depth, skin looks firmer and I'm less oily around the t-zone. I don't wear much make up, as a rule, certainly not foundation but would normally wear a bit of BB concealer and some powder and that would be it. After using this cream, however, I'm just using a bit of concealer from time to time, and that's it! Love it! It takes a bit of time to arrive as it comes from America but it's worth the wait.

carolinaaccarvalho: I just love this. It is perfect! I will recommend it to anyone. I've just ordered it a second time, despite the fact that it is more expensive than the first time I bought it (new supplier). I just can't go with anything else when it is the best moisturizer I have ever used. I have oily skin and have had the most difficult time finding a decent product. I only use it at night but it disappears into my skin, leaving it so soft. It actually makes my face less shiny, I think my skin is actually dehydrated. But my skin has improved so much. This is a great value product, I bought the first in February and finished it last night. (Actually I was looking for a cheaper option, or I would have ordered it before, but this is so good.) If anyone from Neutrogena sees this, please make it available in Portugal (and all your other products as well, we only have hand and feet moisturizers)
